The purpose of the audit report (similar to the statutory auditor’s report in some countries) is to validate the company’s financial statements.<\/p>\n

The Auditor is therefore a third party outside the company and must be registered with the Authorities.<\/p>\n

His final annual report will allow the partners and all those who request it (Registrar, banks, investors, etc.) to ensure the veracity of the company’s figures.<\/p>\n
