The sectors concerned are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Banking;<\/li>\n<li>Insurance;<\/li>\n<li>Fund management;<\/li>\n<li>Finance and leasing;<\/li>\n<li>Pure equity holding company;<\/li>\n<li>Shipping;<\/li>\n<li>Headquartering;<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual property holding;<\/li>\n<li>Distribution and Service centre business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We help you to determine whether your company is concerned by this law.
