Accounting fees
For the accounting of your company (entry of entries, issuance of the balance sheet and income statement), the cost is related to the number of transactions. A transaction is an operation (debit/credit) on the company’s bank account and in the company’s accounting journal.
We offer an “à la carte” service (not applicable if there are fewer than 10 transactions per year, with a minimum billing of AED 4,000 per year):
- You issue your own customer invoices: 15% discount
- You record your own supplier invoices: additional 15% discount
- You perform your own bank reconciliation: additional 50% discount
- On-site visit to your premises: 15% surcharge
If you have fewer than 10 transactions per year, there’s no need to install accounting software, as we use our own (Tally) to manage your accounting!

Here are the rates for our other services:
– Regarding VAT management:
-> Registration: AED 1,700
-> Exception request: AED 1,700
-> Quarterly declaration: AED 500 per quarter
– Audit preparation: AED 3,000 (already included in the Package “Follow-up of your company” below)
– Registration for Corporate Income Tax (CIT): AED 2,000
– ESR regulation
-> Evaluation of the file: AED 500
-> Filling in the notification: AED 1,000
-> Writing and sending the report: AED 3,000
– Employee and payroll management: AED 50 / month / employee
– Package “Follow-up of your company “: AED 5,000 per year
-> Issuance of payslip: AED 30/month/employee
-> Obtaining a work visa: AED 2,000
-> Registration of an employee with an existing residence visa: AED 500
-> Transfer of a work visa: AED 2,000
-> Cancellation of a work visa: AED 2,000
