Preparation of the audit of the accounts
We prepare all the documents required by the Auditor in order to facilitate the drafting of his report.
The purpose of the audit report (similar to the statutory auditor’s report in some countries) is to validate the company’s financial statements.
The Auditor is therefore a third party outside the company and must be registered with the Authorities.
His final annual report will allow the partners and all those who request it (Registrar, banks, investors, etc.) to ensure the veracity of the company’s figures.
