Accounting fees
For the accounting of your company (entry of entries, issuance of the balance sheet and income statement), the cost is related to the number of transactions. A transaction is an operation (debit/credit) on the company’s bank account and in the company’s accounting journal.
We offer an “à la carte” service (not applicable if less than 10 transactions per year):
– You issue your own customer invoices: 15% discount;
– You register your own supplier invoices: additional discount of 15%;
– You do your own bank reconciliation: additional discount of 50%;
– Travel to your premises: 15% extra cost.
If you have less than 10 transactions per year, no need to install an accounting software because we use ours (Tally) to keep track of your accounting!

– Regarding VAT management:
-> Registration: AED 1700
-> Exception request: AED 1700
-> Quarterly declaration: AED 500 per quarter
– Audit preparation: AED 3000 (already included in the Package “Follow-up of your company” below)
– ESR regulation
-> Evaluation of the file: AED 500
-> Filling in the notification: AED 1000
-> Writing and sending the report: AED 3000
– AML regulation
-> AML registration: AED 1000
-> Implementation of procedures: AED 4000 onwards
– Employee and payroll management: AED 50 / month / employee
– Package “Follow-up of your company “: AED 5000 per year
